GWB Auto really impressed me. I took my Ford Ecosport there for a service, which was done quickly and efficiently. Thasi was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. And the best part of all was that I found the service to be affordable and my car is driving great afterwards. Would highly recommend GWB Auto.

I would recommend GWB to absolutely everyone. Small shop with a huge heart and a wealth of experience and knowledge. I live in the area and decided to walk up to the owners to ask a few questions and to see if they could help me with a car issue. It is now about 8-10months in, I have taken my x6m50d and m3 to them for all vehicle related issues and I have also referred many happy customers. They are specialists in all things vehicle related from new cars to classics. After receiving terrible services from Mercedes, and extremely high quotes from two other repair shops, I found GWB on Google. I read the positive reviews and decided to give them a shot. Thasi was extremely helpful and his knowledge of Mercedes cars blew me away. He suggested a fix completely different to what all the other mechanics suggested. They all said the turbo would need to be replaced, Thasi's diagnoses was spot. within two days the car was 100%.I was so happy with the service i received, i asked Tahsi if he could sort out an irritating rattle on my C Class that has been driving me nuts for the past 4 months. I told him Mercedes was unable to fix it, so was skeptical he would be able to help. Within an hour the problem was solved and to top it off, he didn't charge me a cent!I highly recommend GWB.

Absolutely amazing service. Unlike alot of other workshops. Every issue that was present in the car was shown to me via computor and I was given a variety of options on the best solutions and cheapest prices possible. I lived in Parkview for a while and heard from a number of neighbors that this auto-repair shop was their go-to when it came to looking after their cars. My experience working with the brothers and their team at GWB was immensely positive. Thasi went over-and-above what I would typically expect in terms of support and help from a mechanic, taking multiple drives of my vehicle to diagnose the relevant issues and keeping me informed at every step of the way. The team at this shop is comprised of friendly, warm and professional characters who are especially generous when it comes to sharing their expertise and knowledge about cars. I had a whoopsie and lack of concentration on my part. My wife is pregnant and the day before yesterday had taken a quite a bit of cash with us to the Birthing Clinic to pay our deposit. Anyway, we didn't end up paying the deposit and i put he cash in a little stow away spot in my car. I forgot it there and then took my car into GWB Auto yesterday. They called me immediately and told me i had to return tp the shop immediately. and they return the cash to me which i had totally forgot about. Thank you Justin, you legend... There are not many people you can trust these days in business, but this business you can. They have integrity honesty. Basically i am alive today because that, cos my wife would ended me.

Highly recommended. We have been coming to GWB for about 3 years now and have had a range of issues solved (from a blown head gasket down to basics like new tyres and fixing loose bearings) always with quick turnaround, thorough explanation of repairs, lots of engagement on possible solutions. A really great place! A+

Iv taken my car to a number of garages for a noise from the suspension. GWB came recommended by a few people in the area. I met Sharl and Thasi. They jacked the car, removed some parts and diagnosed the problem. They spent about an hour on the car and did not charge me a cent. Needless to say, I was happy for them to carry out the repair work. They are meticulous, honest and professional. I can highly recommend them.
