During loadshedding shopping...felt like a criminal due to staff following you down the aisles...but not being asked if they can assist you with something. However there was an energetic young employee that assisted me with my enquiry regarding an item. This item but with 50% more content in can is priced cheaper at Spar (item at Spar not on special)

Horrible service, unmotivated staff, paint chap repeatedly ignored my request for stoep paint, and kept on showing me paving paint. Did not have a head for my edge trimmer, suggest I try Builders in PE... Nil desire to call up and check for me... Avoid!

Very good service from the employees. They are all friendly and try their best to assist where they can. Even the manager is helpful. The range and stock is also very good and parking is ample. Always a pleasure visiting this store.

I really enjoy shopping at Builders Uitenhage, the staff have the right amount of helpfulness, they don't crowd you when you shopping, and more than willing to help when asked, the store is clean and tidy, the gardening section is beautiful (though a little pricey) The customer service I have received over and over from the staff and especially the manageress Annika is beyond exempt. She has always gone out of her way to make sure my shopping experience is by far above and beyond normal expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The lady at the paint section must be taught not to be rude ro her co workers infront of a customer. Bad manners.
