I had an issue with the otherwise fantastic Bose Soundsport earbuds a while ago, which was immediately sorted out by Pierre at Bose in Rosebank. Recently, there was a problem with my Bose Sleepbuds charging case not charging one of the sleepbuds, and Pierre again went the extra mile and beyond to sort out the problem with a smile. I cannot recommend the shop and service highly enough - it is exceptional to find a company so dedicated to their brand and customer service. Well done to Bose and their staff!

What phenomenal service from Pierre! Called in with an issue on my QC35 ii and had a reply back within two hours and all issues were solved! Would highly recommend them and going forward all my audio purchases will be with them! 5 stars for sure !!!!!!

I have purchased a number of Bose items(small systems and headphones)from Bose Sound Systems, Rosebank over the past few years. I live in Port Elizabeth and have pretty much always dealt with Pierre, Martin and the Rosebank team on a remote basis. The service and support I have received is fantastic. The products have all been great. Recently(June 2020) I needed assistance with a repair/service to a pair of QC 35 II headphones - sent them to Rosebank and the problem was sorted out immediately - back with me in PE in under 3days. They replaced the faulty set - no questions asked. Service like this makes a very nice change! I can both commend and recommend Sound Systems.Nice friendly people and great great sevice!!

The staff are knowledgeable about the products and were helpful. Could not find what I was looking for, but the person who attended to me was very helpful and advised me on how I could get what I needed. Mixed feelings about my visit to the store overall. Staff were welcoming and helpful, but when I first entered the store they seemed aloof and disinterested (there were no other customers at the time)

Paul, the manager is great! Super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had some speaker/laptop interface issues that I couldn't sort out. He sorted it out in short order. Bose makes high quality equipment.

One of my favourite Bose stores in the world,the service from Pierre STEYN the Manager is just world class & it makes any purchase just such a pleasant experience. After service is just plain mind blowing & can recommend this store to anyone! Also Nelson Marques the audio consultant’s advice & knowledge on their products is an experience on its own. Well done to The Bose Store Rosebank to make buying something just an amazing experience on its own & you walk out with a very big smile!
