Londo the sales guy there was very friendly, he was great to communicate with and sorted my issue out in no time, give him a bells.

Its a satellite center and operating out of Tiger Wheels and tyres. They aren't professional and guys at TWT told that PG GLASS is off today"

Their trading hours show 8am on a Saturday. Im arrived at 8, no one was there! I Called their head office to find out what's happening and they said he is running over 20mins late. They have wasted my time and this isn't how you conduct business. I have better things to do than sit around baking in my car on a Saturday morning!!!Update: After I got contacted by PG's HO they promised to get me sorted at another branch. This was on Jan 31st. Its now 17 days later and I have still not heard anything from them. How is it this hard to beg a company to take my money? Absolutely pathetic service!!! If anyone has taken the time to read this just save yourself a lot of trouble and use another company!

I went on the 9th of January 2023 to submit a claim for my broken windscreen, I was assisted by Gift, everything seemed to be going well. 3 days later no communication or feedback from my claim or any interaction from pg glass side , I tried phoning the contact number on the website which also doesn't work nor does a phone call go through ( at this point I should of known), I then returned on the 16th of January 2023 and found Gift at the counter. I had to inform him that the Contact number on the internet was incorrect which he was unaware of and phone someone to inform them of this, I asked him for feedback on my Claim and he then stated that it seems that head office has not touched my claim in a week in which it has been submitted and he would have to find out why? I informed him not to worry as this service was not worth my time nor my effort. If I can give anyone any advise rather use Glassfit Bryanston they were incredible ( submitted my claim within 36 hours I recieved feedback that I could come and install my new windscreen and installation took 45 mins)

System is off and nobody can tell for how long

I arrived at 8:20 and there was noone there to assist. Living up to the poor time & attendance reviews.

I can honestly say that LONDO, one of the consultants that work at PG GLASS SUNNINGHILL, has excellent phone etiquette & is very much understandable. He was so helpful & friendly today. I am so grateful for his help. He deserves a raise!The staff was treating me like a real lady so friendly and time efficient. Keep up the good work guys!One happy client. :)
