Very sweet staff at the front, however I would refrain from having any delicate garments washed here. I went to enquire about having my wedding dress washed and was ensured they could do it no problem, it would get a gentle hand wash....on arriving to collect it , I 1st got given the wrong wedding dress (image my anxiety as a 1st time bride) ......then to my horror on arrival at home I see my top mesh layer has 100 little holes in it from catching on the Diamante during a rough wash and the under layer has been washed so harshly it's been stretched and shredded in multiple places....then the friendly attitude turned and the owner became very rude and wouldn't take responsibility for it. It cost me over 3k to redo the top mesh and the bottom later was unfixable......all this happened 2 weeks before my wedding day!

Handed clothes in on Thursday. Nobody told me that they would be closed on Saturday. Sign outside says Saturday open: 08:00 - 13:00
