Rather support the SPCA - their criteria is way too stringent for adoption - which is too bad, they have some beautiful pooches for adoption.

Got our little fur baby Myles from here. Staff are excellent and dogs are well looked after. The process was fairly simple but they were quite busy so we had to wait a while but it's all completely worth it. Check it out.

The worst ever!!!! The lady who works on site does not answer her cellphone all the time and she cannot answer all queries as per the dog adoption process. There is no line to call in and ask questions from the owners, they only respond via email.It’s just a horrible non friendly organisation. I don’t even think they want these dogs to be adopted the way they run this place.

I want to know how is this adoption centre because I want to adopt a Yorkie or Maltese and do we have to make an appointment?

They said that we can't have the puppy but I do like the puppy

We adopted a yorkie for my son from them a few months ago. We have been trying to change the contact details on the chip to our details for obvious reasons. All our attempts to contact them have been ignored.This is rather shocking

I found the staff at this dog shelter helpful and the dogs all seemed happy. I found a suitable orphan (Sandy) to adopt and submitted the application forms and one of their volunteers inspected my property as a prerequisite to adoption.To my surprise I was rejected because I possessed an unsterilized dog

I agree with some reviews I read about this place having far too strict criteria.These inside dogs are kept outdoors in the open with no shelter except a kennel, but Maltese and Yorkies can't survive winter/nights outdoors. They don't have the fat or fur thickness to endure outdoor weather.Here, you get turned down for silly reasons and these dogs continue to suffer outside and without the comfort or love that a family would have given them.We got judged because our outdoor dog sleeps outside to alert and warn us of intruders- due to high crime and because we live next to an open area.We were also told that our kennel was not good enough, yet it was approved to be sold in stores!Thank you for declining us!It's because of you that we got a puppy.We get to watch him grow and train him how we want.We wanted to save a dog but your decision, made us make a choice!
