Dr masingi is an unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate man who mistreats his staff. He fails to pay his employees, yet he has them slaving away as per his wishes. With his Poor time management and work ethic,his employees always carry the burden. Be nice to the people at the front desk. Although good in his discipline, he is a despicable man.

The best Dr I know in Town, who doesn't focus on treating symptoms but focus on what might be the cause of those symptoms. I believe he treats patients the same way he want to be treated,he cater for all with patience,care and kindness and he is so humble, his service is exceptional! Dr NN Masingi. Your Care for Us as patients has humbled me. I have learnt that when working with people don't focus on how many people have you seen in a day but how many have you given your time so they can be satisfied and continue to share your work with other people!You are thee Best!

Appointment was required when my mother had to take my sick toddler to him as he is my nominated gp on my key car plus network. I don't understand why someone who wakes up sick needs to set an appointment. This didn't make any sense, thank God this doctor isn't the only doctor in my network. Truly was disappointed and had him removed from my list.
