Called and asked about tubeless tyres to which I was told R800 for the 2 last two tyres and i had to bring my bike in for fitment in the morning before they were sold. Took the bike in and received an invoice for R2400. 2 days later I noticed the wheel was losing pressure. from a casual ride around the block checked tyres and there were no issues with punctures etc..4 days later I see a liquid coming from the Tyres. Stay away from this shop Workman ship is worlds apart from what they charge you. on a few services before I have also had various issues. When you call them to report they talk about Costs to fix etc..

Great service received and my daughter is more than happy with her new mointain bike. Good products at great prices. Just be aware that the shop do come across to be in disarray but dig through the goods and find some gems.

Picked and agreed on a new handle bar. When collecting the bike another wider handle bar twice the price was fitted. I objected but was told that it was my original selection until the gent that first helped me remembered that there was some problem. They forgot to call me or inform me and went ahead with their own twice the price handle bar.Bought my boys 2 bicycles late November and already rusted. No support from team to get this resolved.Really disappointed, I did initially like the place...

Friendly and helpful. A pleasant shopping experience.They are eager to help and serve. They have a wide selection of bikes and items on sale and their prices are good.Almost everything you might need is there. If they don't have stock, they source and find the requested items.The salesforce is well trained and have a wide knowledge of the industry.The service area is open and clean and the team loves to serve.

This is my favorite cycling store around. They are reasonably priced and have a good selection of products. Their service is always friendly and helpful - except for one lady who's product knowledge is not great (she might be the owner or owners wife or something). But she does her best to help :-) which is great.

On Saturday (28/07/2018) I went there and was absolutely surprised by the quality and extent of their customer service. A customer representative was patient, friendly and polite despite my lack of knowledge about mountain bikes. They have a wide selection of stock at great prices. You will certainly see me in the future! Keep up the good work!

Poor poor service! Never again thanks. No communication whatsoever grom your service department. Drove 60km to come and collect my son's bicycle they promised to be ready by latest Saturday. Come Saturday and they haven't even touched it.
