We have been trying to claim since from September but even now still struggling so I am very disappointed and the worst thing is again this month debut order went through but still waiting for the money and funeral past long time so don't know what to do maybe need to involve our lawyers now can someone help us out this is unprofessional

I've called and I was sent from pillar to post till I just got further up by an answering machine.I wrote them an email an till today it has not answered. I think it's one of the worst insurance companies to find yourself working with. Their service sucks.

Regent didn't hve the decency to let its clients know that they merged with Hollard. There are no branches in Sabie Graskop Byshbuchridge Hazyview Wnitevriver which really is an inconvenience should you have to do in-store enquiries. The call centre agents not very helpful. I spent lots of money calling them only to be told they can't help me.

I’ve been trying to get my policy cancelled since last year August and I’m given the run around. Worst company ever and staff members are rude. I don’t know what it will take just to cancel the policy and get a refund because wow. I gave them one star because I can’t post this without it but truthfully they don’t even deserve that!

They are efficient. The problem is Hollard and the run around they give you. Once you get transferred to Regent everything just flows...but I cant deal with such drama though. Hollard is a problem

Literally the worst insurance company I have ever interacted with.I’ve been trying to cancel my policy with Hollard/Regent from March and it’s October now. You find yourself waiting in the line for hours but no help. Completely useless.

Horrible experience. My mother has been trying to make a claim for months now and she's been sent from pillar to post. The one consultant said she would call her back and it's been a month with no phone call. Very frustrating.

I am disappointed in how you handling my situation. I stated that I no longer want your policy and that you should cancel my policy 3 months ago. Up to so far you have not canceled my policy. Why are you doing this? Is it because you do not want to lose clients or what? I am not happy at all and I don't advise anyone to join.
