Voys has the best customer experience. I was assisted by Lauren, who guided me through the introductory tour, very professional, articulate, and patient. The setting up of the system was seamless, fun, and flowed like a well-oiled machine. Their approach to telephony is light years ahead of what we are accustomed to. Great job guys!

I generally tend not to write reviews but Voys deserves an exception, nothing positive and I feel upset I have to write this review.I have been using them on and off for years but moved to poor service and rising costs.They were great once when they were small but with how they have grown the service has become appalling to say the least, I recently inquired about re-using Voys for one of many businesses I own and I engaged with Lauren.She was super unprofessional, implying to me that I am a poor client as I called her out on false claims presented on your google ads, which by the way is false advertising.She implied I am not a correct fit, despite being super friendly .I am just shocked at the level of unprofessionalism.

I m very happy with the service! The platform gives you autonomy and is super easy to use.A big plus: being able to use my ever landline number for incoming & outgoing calls, from everywhere/anywhere, without having an actual landline and but cells only!
