Flawless process, from ordering online, payment and delivery I received updates via WhatsApp and email every step of the way. I also received a picture of the arrangement via WhatsApp. Will definitely use Haliema's Flowers again.

The website was easy to use. Fantastic service. Lovely staff. Good communication. I received an email when my orders were despatched and another to advise that my orders were delivered. I really liked that as l ordered from Australia. The gifts were lovely and exactly what was advertised on the website. Would definitely use again. Thanks so much!!

Outstanding service, it was the first time I bought a gift from them, and had to change delivery address a day before delivery, their staff was very friendly and assisted me seamlessly. Communication during delivers was amazing. I am their customer going forward!
