Afsaal Holiday Flats Amanzimtoti 410, 411 & 608

It was our second time at Afsaal room 706 and it was even better than last year. Flat is super clean and everything is there that you need it was a real awesome vacation. Thank you so much Keith and Lynn see you next year.FromMarius and Nicolette

There are a number of different apartments for letting at this building. So the different apartments will vary... However the view is memorizing and you walk out from the parking lot onto the beach. If it's the beach and ocean and view without the nasty price tag you looking for than afsaal is the place to go

What a pleasant place to stay other holiday season, well located near all shopping and entertainment.

Dirty unkept communal grounds. Lifts disgusting. The place should've been demolished a long time ago. It's an eyesore on our beautiful beach road. Can't speak for the units itself as most of the owners spend a lot of money to fix them up and keep up to standards.

Breath taking views. Great location. Close to all amenities

The building needs to be renovated its very outdated,the appliances were chocking and they also don't offer some of them. The furniture is old and almost to get broken. I regretted my staying over there and probably will never be there again and don't recommend anyone else to

This place is terrible no windows in the toilet or bathroom. We booked a 6 sleeper the couches were not comfortable. The place felt creepy. The only plus was the view of the ocean. Will definitely not book there again

We were in room 407If it was not for the relative affordability and ocean view this place is not really worth it. The room is very cramped if you are more than 2 (our room was 6 sleeper). Loads of things inside the room was either broken or on their way to being broken. Lot's of patch jobs too...Being right next to a small mall and the main road it is kinda noisy too, at least the sounds of the ocean masked most of the noise.I have to admit the area is not very clean, trash can overflow often and then the trash is everywhere and takes a couple of days to be picked up. The shops close by makes getting anything easy at least.The beach is very close just across the walkway, this is good. But the main beach is just under 1km away.There is a nice arcade just next door, some okay dining in the area as well.This place just feels cheap...Safe parking for the vehicles is very good!Best part of this place is you don't want to spend to much time inside, so you get loads of time at the sea.. I guess that is the idea right?

We were treated so badly from the moment we set foot at the accomodation.The owner personally threatened us before we entered the building. He violently told us that no noise is accepted inside and if we were planning on making noise we should leave at that moment. Bare in mind we were there for a weekend getaway, to destress and enjoy but none of that was possible because there was one tenant that made our stay horrific by constantly asking us to stop talking & laughing in our room. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!
