Our family did not choose Peninsula Veterinary Hospital, our first Rottweiler, Katharine Heburn did, many years ago. Since then we only do business with these amazing people. This is not just our babies's health care centre, the staff is family.

This rating was no accident. The problem I had at this vet was the receptionist. I took my dog in on the 21st January 2023. My wife sent an email first thing that very morning asking for a later time. The response was, no one is seeing to emails this morning". Unprofessional in my opinion. There are two ladies working at the front desk and none of them checks emails? Ridiculous. Another problem is that my son was playing with some rubber dog toys while we happily waited to get seen to seeing that we did miss our appointment. The comment given to a 2 year old

What amazing staff with such compassion when we had our staffie put down last year. On Monday we took our new pup for her vacs and once again we feel so welcomed to the family!

Great place, treats all patients furry or not, with respect and kindness there prices are good they have pensioner pricing. Are easy to access in main road with good parking out front. They will help all animals in all walks of life, even saying goodbye. Great doctors and support staff very professional and well managed would highly recommend.

This has to be THE friendliest Vet I've worked visited. They're great with people and even better with our babies. They take such good care of the pets. I won't go anywhere else.
