I saw a vehicle online, enquired about its availability. Rodney was responding & assisting me on a Sunday, I viewed and test drove it on the Monday. Rodney showed me the defects and previous damage the vehicle had and how he had them repaired. Overall I am happy with the vehicle and service I received from Rodney especially when he arranged to pick me up from my home to collect the vehicle I purchased which came with mechanical warranty and body line maintenance. Bought this car on the 17th of November 2022 then on the 18th Abs, epc, tire system, braking system, engine light came on the car was no longer drivable, went for diagnosis found out that most of the engine parts are not that of audi the gear oil was wrong, was told that I needed to replace gear box control unit, which cost about R33 000,excluding labor and other wiring that needs to be corrected the whole thing needs R60 000 excluding other mechanical issues, now iam stuck with the car no papers, and Rodney keeps on lying to me so called best sales man, do not go to EBK their a bunch of crooks and liars, and this is not the end I will make sure that no one sets foot on your door step mark my words.

Bought my car there in September and now it is October. Enough time to reflect and evaluate the car. Service and feedback during the purchase was efficient and no issues there. Car got washed and I got assurance that the car was serviced. Which I doubt. 1 of the issues I picked up on the car before delivery was that the windscreen washer did not work. The tube between the pump and the windscreen is missing. I was promised it would be replaced during the Service at Honda that they were doing. Small issue really. So Honda would have easily replaced it if the car was in fact Serviced. I did not ask or expect the Service. Just taking away 1 star due to the lack of honesty. Car is great all around apart from that missing part and also the front windscreen that had a leak during rain which I also had repaired.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle from EBK. I went in there about 4 years ago and spoke to Rodney. I never ended up getting a new car. Until this year a saw and X3 on Autotrader that was at EBK. I remembered i had Rodneys number and when i called he answered with my name and remembered what i was looking for 4 years ago. Anyway, with in 4 days i was in my new car, and they sorted out the Aircon compressor free of charge. I would recommend getting your used cars from this business. Mala the finance lady made the finance process as easy as it's ever been.
