Sir, your service are an abomination to the cobbler industry. This is why it’s a dying art.Please be honest about if you can and can’t do something. You’ve just ruined a 2k pair of shoes. In reality, I could have done a better job. Not only could you not stitch something extremely simple, but you made holes all over the leather trying to stitch it.I can’t believe I had to pay for this.

Don’t go to this place! The gentleman in the shop is a robber! Very poor work! I brought a pair of runners and he gave me back my shoes with no laces! the shop is a mess and they have no customer service manner!

I have been using this bloke for years, as my mother has done for decades, and he always does a good job at a good price.No job too small, he even did a couple of of minor stuff for free (eg adding a new hole to my belt when I lost weight, bending the back of my new shoe to stop it rubbing holes in my sock, and feet!). I like to support and encourage the people who have been quietly serving our local community well for years, so give him a try - you will not be disappointed.

Very expensive -$25 for a small battery which you can get for $10 at Coles - I feel like a mug. Go somewhere else if you want to avoid the same feeling.

First time using this cobbler as I used to visit the other store. Wish I’d checked the reviews first. Didn’t quote a price, I’d assumed it’s be somewhere less than 3x what I usually pay. Had failed to complete the work for the lady ahead of me and got into a very tense exchange, then tried to get me to weigh in on the exchange. I’d just like my shoes back which were returned without laces which I had to ask for. Premium price. Rock bottom service. Cobble somewhere else. No stars.

Just paid $75 to have 2 heels put on boots. Highway robbery for boots that they had for 5 days & still weren't repaired. Had to remind cobbler I was going away tomorrow. The job is not well done and has holes in the side. Apparently there is another cobbler on New South Head Rd that is more efficient and cost effective. Previous cobbler was very good & explained the price & if shoes/ boots were worth fixing or not. Beware!
