Fantastic space for kids and adults alike to learn new skills and push their boundaries. Something for everyone! from recreational tumbling, to competitve artistic gymnastics, from adult fitness to performance arts such as aerial silks, trapeze and straps. Kim is a brilliant coach and mentor.

I have been a member of Innov8 Gymnastics for more than a year and go to the flex-fit class once a week. Kim is one of the most inspiring, innovative(pun intended), passionate humans I know. She pushes you to your limits and the most amazing thing is that she knows where everyone's limit is. It is never boring as we do different exercises each week and there is just a good feeling when you walk in and an even better feeling when you leave. This gym is good for your body and your soul.
