Engen Penford Motors

Since I moved to Cape Town, I always bragged about the good service at Engen Penford. Since I've been back this will my second time experiencing rude and aggressive staff members at the tellers. It's the second time I got shouted at just because I'm younger. I'm really disappointed and feel really disrespected.

And once again Steers Uitenhage messed up our online order. R160 thrown into the water because no one enjoyed their food.

Best fuel service station in town. Self-service shop that has the best goods for sale. Also caters for take-away such ss Debonairs, Fish Aways snd Steers. Lovely bakery in store too.

I have been coming to this station to fill up for 11 years Not once have I had a bad experience The petrol attendants go out of their way to help, to make a joke and make customers smile Sometimes they are singing as they work They are positive and upbeat no matter what Excellent customer service Thank you

The petrol attendants are always friendly and helpful. Bought the Sunday lunch from the quick shop and it tasted really good. It definitely was value for money. Only problem I had so far is the people outside. They always beg for money which I don't have a problem with but they make me feel unsafe sometimes. They come really close to my car window and I have seen some of them walking with knives. Would be a 5 star garage if they make a plan with the one's outside.

Pathetic. I've been away for a few years and nothing's become better in terms of service. I tried to place a telephonic order for collection at the fishaways and was on hold for 6 minutes. I then called the Steers and was on hold for 4 minutes. I then called the debonairs and was once again on hold. I drive the 2 km placed my order and didn't even have to wait. There was no queue, so I cannot understand why none of them are able to answer calls. The cashier at the fishaways also did not see it necessary to return my 10 cents change. I don't care if it's only 10 cents, it's mine and not there to correct you cashiering imbalances at the end of your shift. I then went to purchase beverages at the Woolworths food stop. Another sad interaction. The cashier did not listen to any of my requests and I had to remind her of what I wanted 3 times. Then had to remind her of the quantities. I never wanted to sound like an individual who bad-mouths his home town because he's moved to a bigger city but the service it really bad and it won't get better unless someone tells them. This is not the first time I've had service issues with this specific Engen 1plus and with the Famous Brands outlets.

Absolutely horrible, getting worse and worse week by week, would be ashamed if I were woolworths to know that this garage is baring the fruitful name of such a high sought after brand

Fresh Fresh food ever

Tried to buy woolworths purity in bag from store and there was no price for it so the staff member went and got the large glass bottle and scanned it so I told her it's not the same thing and she was sarcastic and asked if I want it for free? This is bad service and think because there was no price she just decided to take something else and scan it it's not fair towards customers. Please attend to staff that thinks customers are not worth helping or being sarcastic towards your customers Mr Meyer
