Oral and Dental Hospital.

I had such a pleasant experience at this academic hospital. The staff were friendly, helpful and the hospital works in a very efficient manner. I wish all public institutions were like this.

This is a very good facility, I visited it today. However I was told the waiting list for a bottom set of dentures is 18 months. I was also told that to go to a private institution was an option. I am a Sassa pensioner who cannot pay for such treatment. Please assist me

I went there to have a tooth extraction after a sleepless night. As a public Health Institution I waited long for my turn to come. But when it came the service was very good. Support Staff was very helpful at the opening up of files and X-ray sections. Once X-ray was taken I was ushered straight to the room where the extraction was to take place. Medical Doctors and other medical personnel were very good and spoke me through the extraction process which went on very smoothly. That allowed my wife to be present with me and also gave her instructions of how to care for me for the first three days after the extraction. DESPITE IT BEING A PUBLIC HOSPITAL THEIR SERVICE TO ME WAS VERY GOOD AND DESERVES A FIVE-STAR rating.

What a pleasant experience! Friendly staff from the security guard right through to where I could get information on how to go about with a person I want to take for assistance. Well done, I wish North West Health can come and learn from you.

Wow I was not expecting this outstanding level of efficiency, cleanliness and service from a government institute. Brought my elderly mum for extraction. No complaints. The initial wait for registration and opening a file has no negative impact on my rating because the friendliness of the doctors and nursing staff more than makes up for it.

Were there yesterday. So impressed with helpful staff and cleaned hospital. My child needs braces. They put my on a long waiting list. Hopefully it will not take to long . Will forever be reminded how good people can be. I will wait for the call to bring her for her braces.

Recieved the best service ever1. Their students,doctors,security guards and receptionists are very friendly and have great interpersonal relationships with patients.2. Very clean and fresh atmosphere3. The standard is very high than most government institutions4.if you have a medical aid,for dental treatments pls go here than having to pay an expensive private practice or having to many shortfalls or debts4. Definitely would recommend this place

Their customer service is very friendly and inclusive, I really adored their receptionist and the warm-hearted dentistry specialists. Moreover, the Oral and Dental facility is in a proper and adequate working condition, even their essence status quo of work it makes it feel as if you are in a private hospital. It is too private indeed but well publically, I would not be surprised with their service fees though hahaha.

All the staff from the securities are very kind, I just felt there is no urgency in attending to some of the matters but I was happy with the overall experience even if we couldn’t be helped mainly because of the waiting period and that they only have one chair for extraction, we were advised that we can wait for the whole day to be attended to after given an appointment

I had been waiting on my crown as I was promised that one of the students will do it for me,I became happy but it was all lies because since last year been hanging and note that I have been keeping in touch but those receptionist they are very rude and incompetent,they don't call me back as they said and now they no longer taking my calls so I consider their service bad
