Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. Roxy was absolutely fantastic. She assisted with the bed we wanted and explained all the details as we needed it to be delivered to another province. Said it was no problem. She arranged everything, from the quote to the delivery. Will definitely recommend this store and the friendly staff. I will go back when looking for another bed.

I walked into Dial A Bed and received a warm welcome from Roxanne. She was friendly and polite. She also took her time to explain her beds and gave the best advice possible. She's a generous brilliant sales person and very honest. I'm coming back to buy more beds from Roxanne because she's very nice and friendly. I will even recommend my family members to visit Dial A Bed because of the experience given to me by Roxanne.

Sales lady Rox was very good, she only need to polish on the issue of telling the customers upfront if there is no discount rather than sending customer to linen store to buy in order to get discount for the bed. That did not sit well with me.Otherwise service was very good.Manager stocked to his promise of sending worker from the store to assist with my problem.

I had purchased a bed 4 years ago when i moved into my new home. I was so impressed with quality of the bed and the consultant who had sold me the bed . Her words we so exact i will never go wrong. Uptill this day my bed is still in an immaculate condition. Well done team and Mrs A Naidoo keep up the good work. Always welcome each customer the way you always do with a smile on your face. Brightened my day when we recieve sick good service.

Great prices but had issues with delivery. Promised next day delivery but only arrived the day after. Driver didn't have GPS and struggled to find my house.
