Impala Panelbeaters was chosen to repair my car after an accident. They communicated through sms to keep me in informed of the whole process. The work took two weeks to be completed. Front bumper was replaced, engine hood and back bumper was also painted. I am satisfied with their work.

They take weeks with your car they don't communicate correctly they don't have card facilities they dont care if you need your car you put in a claim they take MONTHS before they have the PARTS OUR FIRST CAR TOOK 5 MONTHS OTHER ONE 4 MONTHS then when you take your car they take WEEKS to repair it and have no regards to your life they don't care about their customers they said no eft it wil not show on their bank so I can't bring the POP so I had no choice I had to go get cash THEN THEY REPLY SAYING NOTHING IS THEIR FAULT THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY I WILL NEVER SEND A CAR THERE AGAIN

I used Impala Panel beaters to fix the front left door of my Fortuner, following significant damage caused by a checkers trolly. I delivered my vehicle to Impala Tuesday, 21 October 2021, and was informed that it would be ready by 23 October 2021. On Thursday 23, @ 13:00, the receptionist phoned me and told me that my vehicle was ready for collection. The work performed is excellent, and I will make use of their services again.
