Helderwyk Estate.

This is supposed to be a security estate with rules that get enforced. The body corporate allows people to park where they want, kids walk in the street where vehicles drive and then scream at you as a person who lives here and they only in school. People leave their washing and laundry on the walls and it looks disgusting!This was supposed to be a great move for me but it's the worst I've ever made

My brother leaves in that estate it's posh and massive the security are well trained

The place is guarded and one can only assume it has high tech quality security from the way the place is growing leaps and bounces.. my stay wasn't long but from what I took note off...it is a safe haven for someone who has a family or a Batchelor..

I do not think there is enough i can say about this fabulous estateIt truly ticks all our families needs boxes.So its a win win situation for our entire family.Absolutely breath taking estate.I love all the facilities within the estate and of course the security.The security always greet us with warm smiles and are always so friendly.There are a variety of different things to do which always a bonus with children. There is also a school and a gym !I can go on & on , this is how impressed I am!An absolute lovely experience with all that is on the estate.I also love the fact that the kiddies can ride their bikes.Families can go for morning or even afternoon walks together feeling save and not consumed by fear of walking what could go wrong." Or fears that your child would get hit by a reckless car driver.The estate has cameras and very strict speed limits
