The owner took my hard drive claiming that he is going to remove the virus from it; He gave me a kak hard drive I can't download a simple word app... Rams is now a scam from being my favorite technician to being my worst night mare; all my messages are ignored after I paid him the full amount... I had to ask a friend to call him and the call was picked up immediately if u still want your device in one piece I recommend you to use another technician. I have been a return client for more than four years; I stay in Springs but I picked him because I know his level of service but now I am really disappointed and a year later, I am still waiting for my hard drive
