I simply appreciate the responsiveness when it comes to communication on when a job is going to be done. Shaun and his team are very professional and their work ethic is neat, they fine in and get things done. I also loved the fact that although a piece of work was done months ago I could still call on them and tell them that I still had a problem and they came back, reassessed and redone some of the work. Super efficient.

Excellent service - efficient, friendly, and a job well done. All work is monitored for quality every step of the way.My roof was repaired, waterproofed and painted, and exterior walls painted. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend Shaun to anyone who needs his services.

Brilliant and professional.Over the years we had many contractors doing various renovations/maintenance on our house. I must say, Krools Projects is on another level. Always on time, always communicating and tracking progress, dealing with the issues as they come and making sure the finishing touches are not forgotten. They don’t take shortcuts. They have good knowledge, experience and skill base in various areas. On top of that, Shaun went an extra mile for us in many ways and made sure the final result is near perfection. Krools Projects has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. The latest project completed , sourcing and installing our fireplace was done exactly as we requested and they kept to all the commitments they made. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Shaun takes great pride in delivering on his promises , a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many dubious building contractors.
