Absolutely the worst service I ever got, I will NEVER buy a single thing from them again. Ridiculous to wait more that a week for someone to call you back, and apparently management is to go9d to be at work over a weekend to assist with issues.

Staff assistance is quite good here. My problem is that someone who is supposed to keep stock levels in check are not doing their job! I regularly find that Fast Moving products are out of stock and even regular non-FM products. This can be very annoying!
