Serenity cottage
I stayed at the Serenity Cottage. Amazing house. It was 2 of us and we had the house all to ourselves. Jan is an amazing soul. Tyrone the manager is always happy to help and advice. I will definitely go back again.

Perfect location for the Panorama route, nice cozy guesthouse, close to everything you need in Graskop. Great warm reception by the owner Jan.

Venue poorly maintained with all appliances very old and falling over. The yard is well kept but the house is very badly maintained. Braai stand not cleaned from previous use. Electrical appliances and plumbing either not working or very old. Tv is a small tube tv which is very old as well. The house plumbing needs serious attention as taps broken and as well including the one shower that has a curtain within a bathtub . Very bad service as never saw or communicated with the owners throughout entire duration as they never answer in any event although numbers posted outside premises and only one staff the just dropped off the keys and collected when leaving. Will not recommend in current state to anyone. Although the location is great, this premises could use with some serious upgrade and upkeep. Cleanliness inside is also very concerning on the beds there are stains and hairs on it. Would not recommend staying there

Had to cancel our stay due to a change in our travel schedule but I’m glad we did! So much for customer friendliness. The person I was in contact with about our cancellation and refund was so rude! Just wow. We first wanted to rebook for the correct dates but that is certainly not going to happen.
