Great shopping experience - ordered a headboard online, actually looks so much better than the photos. Great service, really impressed by their service and after service. I had to change the delivery address on day of the delivery and it was done without any fuss. The driver called to inform me that it has been delivered as I wasn't home on the day and my son signed for it. I will order from them again.

I purchased a number of items from Furniture Spot and have had a terrible experience. Delivery took much longer than was promised before purchase. When the items finally arrived I had numerous issues.1. The legs on one of the bed frames was already cracked2. 2 of the barstools had stabilisers missing. Also the hole for the stabiliser was stripped.3. One of the barstools fabric was stretched out and sitting funny. Keep in mind this is velvet and costed R 3499 per stool.4. Since then the support board for the bed has fallen through the support posts.5. It has been well over a month since I requested replacements and there is still no resolve in sight.My advice, don't purchase here!

First time I’ve ordered online with Furniture Spot and the process was smooth and hassle free. They were quick to respond to any query I had and kept me up to date on my delivery. I got my furniture within a week and it was exactly as the picture online. They are professional, friendly and efficient. Elmarie was awesome and kept me in the loop while there was some delay on the courier side.

Ordered an oak dining table from Furniture Spot. The first one was delivered later than promised and was 'upside down '. I contacted their customer service and my table was exchanged for a new one which was delivered on time. Although first interaction was a bit wonky, I'm very happy with the end result.

They are taking so long with my order, I am still waiting for an update - I will probably only get an update when I call. They really let me down

Excellent service I received from Furniturespot. My delivery took 1 day and I didn't even have to call them to enquire about my order. The online shopping was effortless and I also appreciate their payment options. Can't wait to have the pedestals in my room.

My order for 6 dining chairs took two months to be delivered, and when the chairs arrived their color was clearly different than on the website pictures. The furniturespot staff acknowledged the difference with what is being sold on the website but they did not refund the shipping fees ( more than R1000!). Apparently in their T&Cs if something doesn't look like what it looks like on the website and you want to return you are liable for all shipping fees...I would not recommend shopping with them online, I overall wasted a lot of time and money with them.
