The worst people I have ever seen they make to feel so uncomfortable not allowed to touch and when you ask for something they say sorry don't have and then you find it on the shelf, when I asked nicely if my 2 year old daughter can go to the bathroom she gave a snotty look and said no. I will never ever spend my money at this place they don't deserve customers... Sies!!!!

Covid rules & regulations, please google and read with glasses Hercules baking. Toddlers are not allowed to wear masks due to smaller airways and can suffocate.Being RUDE with you customers are not exactly good customer service, Lacking in manners will not get you very far ! And putting children in risks of suffocating is absolutely absurd ! Needles to say you have lost 2 full families of customers who have supported you.And please educate your workers/management/owner in manners !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous rude people.

Would not recommend!!! Would give 0 stars if its was possible. Most horrible service ever. Very unfriendly and disrespectful staff! Makes you feel so unwelcome. Also telling you to put your child inside a trolley (the tiny basket tipe for a 6year old, how do they expect them to sit) so they dont touch anything even though the child wasn't even touching...I'll say again, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EVER!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. OWNER IS RUDE RIpS STOcK FROM MY HAND AS I AM ON THE WAY TO THE TILL POINT. NEVER WILL WE EVER SEE YOU AGAIN.PATHETIC NO SOCIAL DISTANCE SCREAMS AND SHOUTS LIKE A MAD PERSONNot am i the only person the lady from Tuine High also got chucked out of the store after having a query on a school refund.I DID NOT BELIEVE HER BUT AFTER WHAT I EXPERIENCED I NOW TOTALLY BELIEVE HER.DEFINATELY NOT A CUSTOMER FREINDLY STORE
