I wish I could give zero stars but alas...Such rude people, horrible communication to the point where I had to confront them in the store, honestly walked out feeling like I had been scammed. When speaking to the guy in the store he said he was so busy to the point where he couldn't give me a simple call and update me on the repair, however, when I walked in we was just sitting there on instagram doing nothing.The worker made some racist remarks when I was walking out and had my back turned to them, disgusting. I should have looked at the reviews for this place closer because it's very obvious that they've spoofed their rating with fake reviews, tsk.

Absolutely awful. No communication, unable to fix my device, rude and unprofessional, and reviews are from people affiliated with the business so you can't trust it's 'good rating'.

I would like to say thank you for CompuZone's excellent customer service. After a misunderstanding CompuZone was quick to sort out the problem.
