As a property owner I'm very dissapointed by Rawson. Of the 2 tenants placed by them, neither stayed the full rental period. One was a sporadic payer. They also took instruction from the tenant to withold rent in liu of maintenance - of a brand new unit. Inspections were not done on time and they transferred the deposit of one tenant to another property before the damages of my property were repaired and paid from said deposit leading to the partial loss of the damage cost. Their preferred handyman is also expensive and competancy is debateable. Used him only once, again, dissapointed.
