I visited Jacqueline's Browtique for Microblading and i'm so disappointed after two weeks my eyebrows are back to normal and I am still applying eyebrow pencil all over again.I found Jacqueline to be very unprofessional in the manner that she treated me as a client. When I tried to set up a follow up appointment, Jacqueline cancelled twice on me and on the third attempt she informed me that she will be late. When I arrived late, she proceeded to shout at me and even said to me that she will not apply the numbing cream and therefore having me at a health risk of being exposed to the pain.I simply said that I will not be able to proceed with the second appointment. I then went to make another booking at the fourways mall Tammy Taylor Nails who actually informed me that my eyebrows didn't look like they had any microblading done on them.When I informed Jacqueline of the feedback I received from Tammy Taylor she demanded that I give her their number and she proceeded to call and harass the workers at Tammy Taylor and shouted at them to the point where when I arrived for my appointment a few days later I was informed that my appointment was cancelled because Jacquline had called them and even threatened to give them a bad google review. I'm not sure how she can give a bad review when she didn't actually use their services.In conclusion, when I requested my refund of R1,800 Jacqueline refused to refund me and wanted to convince me that she had done the correct microblading and what i'm asking for which is supposed to be darker and long lasting is not microblading and it's something else.All i'm saying is that I have to start this process all over again and I require a full refund because the mircroblading service that I received has already faded away.

Finding Jacqueline's Browtique on Instagram, was meant to be.Seeing her work and doing my research, I had no doubt that I wanted Jacqueline to perfect my eyebrows, and did she ever!From the start, she responded quickly to my What's App messages and was polite, professional and friendly. I made my appointment, and although nervous at first, that nervousness changed to excitement as I saw her passion and confidence in doing what she loves. I am so happy with my eyebrows, it was quick and painless and done in the most stunning of settings, in her studio at home. Thank you Jacky, I highly recommend you and wish you the very best in all your future endeavours.

The service I received from Jacqueline was excellent. I love my eyebrows!I would certainly recommend Jacqueline to anyone interested in microblading. She was extremely friendly and welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. She informed me about everything she was doing in full detail and answered all my questions.During my brow mapping, she took her time to ensure optimal results, and that I was happy with the shape.I experienced minimal pain during the procedure and as soon as I felt the slightest discomfort she reapplied the numbing cream.The whole process was amazing.

April 2023: I’m so happy with my experience of getting combo brows from Jacky. Even before meeting Jacky I found her very helpful and informative, sending me information before my appointment so that I was well informed and knew how best to prepare for my appointment. Her studio is beautiful and she kept me comfortable throughout my appointment. Most importantly, I’m really happy with my brows! Jacky kept my preference for a natural look and mapped and shaped my brows beautifully. She also provided me with an aftercare gel, that I’ve been applying as advised. It’s only been a few days, but it’s so amazing to wake up in the morning & feel ready to go!

The salon is easy to find using GPS, Jacqueline salon owner and founder of Jacqueline's Browtique and Restoring Beauty Academy is a professional and experienced brow artist with a wealth of knowledge. Her service is exceptional and would highly recommend her services and training courses. My overall experience engaging with Jacqueline was fantastic from start to end. I love my brows!!
