I was extremely disappointed by the fact that they didn't have water during my stay. When it finally came back there was no hot water AND VRYHEID IS COLD! The staff did try to help with providing us with hot water they put on the stkve, but I am a shower person, so not showering all weekend ruined it for me!!!I would warn future guests to ask about their water situation because we were not warned by them until we got there.I don't understand why they don't have a backup for water!!!!

The suites are spacious, but are not equipped to cater for cold nights. Looks like they abandoned renovations on at least the suite I stayed at..this had no door between the bedroom and the bathroom

We loved the place.. So neat, clean and quiet. But the lady at the reception was Not so welcoming, and because the weather was a bit cold we requested the lady at the reception" to come and assist us with the air-conditioned she kept whistling in our room.(which we ended up not certified) The breakfast was devine and the service was outstanding"

The staff is friendly and helpful. The stay was beyond my expectation. Nothing stops me from preferring them first again. Hospitality is a combination of people and a welcoming environment that is ready to adjust to make you feel comfortable which is what makes them beat many five-star hotels I frequent.

It is absolutely beautiful, it’s quiet which I love and has everything you could ever need.Very large and spacious rooms, massive bathroom with a very large soaker tub and shower, double sinks.There is also an iron and ironing board in each unit which is a plus.Then there is the lounge with the kitchenette, Smart TV.....a home away from home. It is essentially a mini apartment.The staff are amazing and are readily always available to cater to your every need. There isn’t a phone in the room, but reception is a very short distance away....I used my cell if I needed anything.The food is also good.

I had a terrible experience. When l woke up in the morning there was no water, for two hours they kept on saying they are fixing the problem the water will be back. I had to go without bathing. The table and cutlery for breakfast was filthy. Their breakfast was one egg, one slice of tomato, half a sausage, and two fish fingers with two slices of bread with no butter. They seriously can't be a 4 star!!

Well kept chalets, clean, beautifully furnished luxury style with spacey rooms. I've been tricked about breakfast. On reception been told it starts at 6:30 but until 7:00 no activity or even human beings was detected.Bad impression ! Actually it's a pure lie.
