I am appalled by TRSS! I am home alone with my daughter and I heard a noise in my garden. I have pressed the panic button 4 times already, I have been waiting going on 30 Minutes for someone to arrive and no one has showed up. Considering that their vehicle is supposed to be in the area this is terrible service!

Useless company. Tried getting them to reset an alarm at a house we moved into. Willing to pay the call-out fees. Called twice, the technical department shoves it off to the accounts department, the accounts department always say they will get back to me but they never do. Terrible service. Would not reccomend it.

Customer service is terrible.. I would not recommend.. I have been with them only a week and already want to cancel my account the lady dealing with it will not accept me canceling it. Totally unacceptable.

We have been trying to upgrade our alarm system for weeks, they take forever to just issue you with a quote! The technical guys are wonderful but they appear to be grossly overworked. The back office takes forever to communicate so I suspect they are also understaffed. Turnaround times for queries are terrible. Just an overall extremely disappointing experience. And management is nowhere to be found!

Was stopped by TRSS cars coming in opposite lane, my friend was taken by force out of the car for no apparent reason, beating my friend up, no identification provided, we were just driving. This should be ILLEGAL.
