3 out of 4 visits they did not have the products I wanted. Nothing complicated, computer fan, headphone cable, sound card... went to another Matrix at Cresta and they had everything - just a hassle to drive that much further to get it.

They did not have what I was looking for and did not know that such a product existed. They did not even know that what they had in stock could be used for the purpose I needed. To make it worse the manager did not even seem interested in helping. I contemplated educating their staff as to what their products can do but after the dismissive attitude of the manager I decided to walk out. Rather go somewhere where the store wants customers.
