Lotus Live-in Care

called by phone several times ,answering machine kept saying * This is a bad time to call* there should be someone to answer calls at all times. I am calling from Toronto, Canada.

Lotus in home care have been marvelous with my mom. It is a happy caring environment. The negative reviewer is my Uncle sitting in Canada. Whom I last saw in 1980. The Office is the owners and matrons space. Jill is out in the home caring for her residence.The home has more caregivers than residence. At capacity there only 20 residence.I get constant updates about how mom is and if she need or wants anything. I can visit anytime no set hours. Naturally during the height of covid visiting was not advisable. Thank you Jill for you care for my mom and her ongoing needs. What others need to understand is the Ischemic attacks are frightening to a lay person and the dementia soul destroying.

I found Jill Strydom and Lotus Live-in care and Jill took my mum in. The kindness, care, love and attention that has been lavished on my mum is beyond words. I can highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, warm and loving environment for their loved ones. Jill sends me daily updates and photos of my mum to share with the rest of the family. I feel completely reassured that my mum is perfectly safe and in excellent hands, day and night.
