Stopped here for a tasty dessert. I recommend the walking path from the wine tasting building to the Delicatessen to see some spectacular views.

We went for breakfast at Tokara, the service was good and the food was even better. We went on a rainy day but even so the place was kept warm! The interior is very neatly designed and creates a very warm atmosphere! Highly Recommended

A spectacular venue with great views over the olive groves and mountains. The service was good. The food was simply divine. The beef burger was really tasty. My colleague raved over the Rib-Eye steak. It did look good. Other members on the party had of various pizzas. No complaints from anyone. The cappuccino was good. Not the best, but good. One member had the chai latte, but she was unimpressed. The Tokara Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon went down well. I opted for the carrot cake as my dessert. This was perfect. Other colleagues had of the chocolate cake, creme brulé and sago pudding. All were happy. This is a venue I shall have to visit again. Soon.

Lovely restaurant located in a beautiful setting of Stellenbosch wine region...this area is probably my favourite wine region...the restaurant is really chic with an indoor & outdoor area...there is a wonderful play area for kids the views are stunning...the food menu is comprehensive & covers most Meats poultry, beef & fish...I had the burger which was quite good for R169....I had the milkshake for around R50 was ok...are wines are good. There is a lounge area & kids toy play area...there is also items to purchase jams, olive oil & some kitchen items...

Lovely venue and great play area for kids, which are ruined by appalling service.What is the point of going to all the effort to create a beautiful restaurant and then not training the employees properly?We waited half an hour for coffee; then were brought the wrong wine; then were brought the correct wine but a warm bottle (meaning another trip back to the bar); and when our foreign guest asked for a second gin&tonic, he was brought a gin&lemonade.When asked what the line fish was served with, the answer from the waitress was, “LOOK ON THE MENU”.Service was so shockingly poor, it turned into a running joke.NOT RECOMMENDED
