Excellent customer service from Timothy. He called back several times to update me on an order and provided a better solution than I asked for. He was also very helpful in store to upgrade my laptop and went out of his way to demonstrate tips on making my system faster. Thank you!

Very low on staff however prices are amazing i managed to find ddr3 laptop ram there and the guy who was helping me was very friendly and helpful seemed to know hes stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for pc parts.

Took my computer to have the screen repaired. Replaced the cable and put in a 2nd hand screen. Computer started to switch off when I picked it up so they said it was the hard drive so replaced that. Got my computer back to find a gapping hole in the side. Was told the hinge broke. So they built it up. The switch got damaged and now some of the keys won't work and the computer still shuts off if you pick it up. From having a perfect running laptop I now have so many problems.

Visited their offices 2 weeks ago to enquire about their callout services, was told that we should rather bring computers to them, we told them its not possible. Was then asked to give contact details and they will get back to us. No response.Visited their offices again (01/03/2022) to ask them to visit our office, was told again that they would get back to us.Phoned us (02/03/2022) not really willing to do a callout, told again that they will get back to us not to discuss service required but what the bill would be.Seems like they don't want to do business

I'm sorry that I cannot give a less than 1 star. I would have given a minus star. I asked them to get me a battery for my laptop on the 12th of January 2022 & that I'll come in to Vredenburg on the 20th of January to pick it up. On my arrival on the 20th I was told it will only arrive on the 21st. I told them I'll only be coming to Vredenburg again in 2 weeks time but will get it then. Today (2/2/2022) I went to get it but it wasn't there. They said they'll courier it to me. I asked when that will be and the only answer I could get was: as soon as possible. If it was already ordered they should have had a delivery date, this tells me it was never ordered. Be prepared for bad service if you make use of them.
