I've trained with Wil for over a year now and despite the limited equipment in lockdown, she's not only managed to keep me in shape, but has increased my mobility and even alleviated some chronic back and shoulder pains. She's also lifted my spirit through the pandemic! Her approach is very considered and highly motivating, I couldn't recommend her more!
