In my experience, over the past few years, i have not had problem with this particular branch. Always been most helpful and well informed in regard to game info. Also have done utmost to assist when able. Especially Anthony who is most familiar with BT Games rules & procedures, including most recent changes. Have gone plenty of times to other branches, but find staff far more helpful at Cape Gate.

Bought a controller combo at 19 :45 yesterday and when I went back 10am the staff member insisted that he had to take the headset home to test it as it is the store policy? A store policy that a product needs to be tested at an employee's home?

Got great service when I was first helped by Anthony excellent man and very helpful, but it turned out the game didn't work on our type of console. When upon trying to get it returned the next day I was shot down and told if there's nothing wrong with it it's not their problem and I should google how to fix my problem. Piss poor attitude from HEINRICH ALBERTS. Perhaps Google customer service.

Service was great. Bought a gaming console. The gentleman managed my expectations for the purchase by explaining the pros and cons of the product after which I could make an informed decision. Truelly knowledgeable staff and friendly as well. I won't mind driving 40km again if I'm in need of anything gaming related as I feel it was totally worth it.

I had a problem with activating the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass on my Xbox One console. No help was offered. I always had a good experience at this branch, but something like this really left me with a bad taste. I have average knowledge of the console and subscriptuons settings, therefore I went to BT games for advice. Thanks for nothing.

Worst store bought a playstation 5 console for sons birthday machine never went on took it back now they can't refund me need to send away which might take weeks all they say can't help won't give number of manager justvl say can phone head office on Monday really shocking really but guess they don't care
