I've come back here to rate the software. Although I was hella thrilled by the exceptional customer service I received from Christina and Lion Minds as a hole, unfortunately I've just had to format my laptop because the software wasn't exactly compatible with my laptop. I think it should be a prerequisite to check if our devices are compatible with the software first, before getting us to commit to a 2 year contract with the program. I'm a little sad I had opt for the route I took to get my laptop to work again. I fear re-installing the software. The consolation to this is the fact that it can be used for as long as needed, hopefully it will work on the laptop I buy next.

I am super happy about Christina's service. She has passion and perseverance on the task at hand. My children are also happy about the software. Her guidance through the whole process is DOPE. She's a good asset

This app is not user friendly and I have been complaining about it being an unfriendly app especially for kids.It does not work on either of the laptops and my tablet. It always wants me to activate it.Then I stopped paying and I informed them that it does not work. So they need to reinstall it for the umpteenth time then they tell me they cant activate my software because I owe.. I am telling them I have stopped paying because your app does not work and I have been telling you this from the beginning. So its a who came first the chicken or the egg..They can have it back and keep the money I have paid thus far.. I'm over it actually.

I recently bought an educational program from lion minds. The program is great and their customer service is really good. I was wonderfully assisted by a lady by the name of Christina.

I only see two reviews for such big company but I I differ because of the bad experience. The system does not not work in my laptop as well as in my phone, although the technical support was there they were not able to fix my problems. In the meantime they are deducting their monthly premiums, up to a point that I was not willing to pay for the services that I'm not receiving, and now they threatening to me over to legal department. Regardless of me telling them that I'm longer interestedAfter this review, I spoke with Gina who promised to get to the bottom of my issue, I hope all goes well at this moment I'm sceptical but I will have to trust the options she gave me
