If I could choose Zero stars I would. Terrible shopping experience!!! Misleading prices, unlawful explanations. I left the store with a very bitter taste in my mouth and spent my money at the Puma outlet where all goods were marked at the correct prices! Adidas Cornubia

Went in quickly to buy my daughter a pair of shoes as there was a sale on - 1 cashier on duty and so many staff on the floor (store itself was not busy) available and hanging around the tills chatting. Line kept getting longer and longer behind me and there was no extra assistance or no urgency at all. Was like being at Home Affairs. Disappointing experience.

Worst shopping experience in a long time. Wait outside till 9am, when doors open, Adidas staff walk out first before allowing customers in?? Its called manners, and courtesy!Then, not ONE member of staff greeted, or asked to help me??When i got to the till, the lady did not even greet; just took my items and told me the amount??!! Wont be back there again!!!!!

Just be careful when you are shopping especially with the price especially after their discount. The sales staff does not give the correct amount. I had to check with the teller for the correct price. I find it very helpful when shopping. Just ask the teller to call out the price each item. I find it very helpful. Sometimes it gives you a second moment to decide if you really want to pay that price for that particular item .

I had the most awesome experience with Simpiwe at Adidas Cornubia.She has surpassed my expectations from any of the retail stores I’ve ever patronised. I asked for a M jacket and none was on the front end so she sought after it immediately in the store even though it took over 15 minutes she never gave up looking in the stock area and I feel like I won the lotto with this experience. She’s a gem amongst all retail stores for sure
