They Never get back to you!! If you are renting and rent is under say R10 000.00 dont bother with them they dont care about the low budget renters!! Dont recommed them at all !!!!!!

Deposit refund issues arise, and quickly to deduct money off deposit even deduct money off deposit because of holding the deposit, when using other people to repair stuff on a house, they don't believe it's done properly and you must now wait till their people must inspect your work or you won't get money released. By the way, if you a coloured stay away from 28 oak street, onverwacht Gordon's bay. The area plus Paul matthews are anti-colour and you will have nightmares.
