The place is beautiful my only problem is it is far and it was cold, but besides that I cant complain much

It was a lovely day visit witj family and friends.Thia place is beautiful, ease to navigate and have amazing breath taking views.The pictures are worth default mobile screen savers. I really had a lovely day.The employees are professional and friendly.

Hired the venue for my wedding and I was promised that I will receive a certain amount back after the wedding if nothing was not broken, I’ve tried to email and call them to no answer. Very disappointed

The customer service was so dire. The lady saw us park whiles she was mopping the floor and we walked in the reception, she did not lift he head to look at us or even acknowledge our presence. The floor was wet and I had to jump the wet part and stand next to her and say excuse me we are here to check in. That's when she lifted her head and simply asked what's the name? I told her my name and she simply took the keys and said follow me without greeting or anything. At the apartment we asked her if it had rained the day before and she said yes and we asked what about today and she said hey sis I don't know as if we bothering her. We were asking this because we wanted to hike to Tugela falls the following day.There is a major need to train their staff urgently!!!

Awesome setting but had no electricity for the evening, no hot water, no facilities to make coffee or anything, no cellphone reception, no candles, door leading to the water unable to open. None of this was declared to us before we got there so we totally felt like we paid for something we didn't get.

The surroundings are a breath of fresh air, nature at its best.

I enjoyed peace of mind nd fun

Good for those who are planning a trip where peace of mind is the goal. Not the best place if you are traveling for work purposes and need connectivity.

This place is a germ. So beautiful clean and the staff are just amazing. Friendly and always willing to help. Food is fresh and delicious. I am impressed and will definitely return. Value for money
