Atom Gas & Solar

Had a solar and inverter system installed by Chris from Atom Solar.As we were clueless, Chris patiently led us through all the options. All the best equipment (Sunsynk inverter, quality Canadian solar panels) were installed as scheduled and in optimal positions and everything has been running like a dream since.The installation was done speedily, efficiently and with minimal fuss and Chris was communicative and available throughout. We couldn't recommend Chris and his team from Atom Solar more highly!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Chris and his Atom Gas & Solar team. We took a while to compare quotes and decide on the system we wanted to install but once we made up our mind he had it in within a week.These guys are not the cheapest in the market but you do get what you pay for and Chris only installs top of the range equipment on his sites. Their work is super tidy (see the photos) and they were in and out in a day and a half without loads of intrusion. Chris also has access to make admin changes on the inverter and when I have asked him to do something it's been taken care of within minutes so he is clearly on the ball and values the after sales relationship as much as he does the quoting, instillation and payment.There was a minor issue on the invoice but again Chris handled it perfectly and settled the matter both to our satisfaction and advantage.I look forward to engaging Chris again for the upgrade we have planned to our system later this year.

Neat install from a very professional team! I appreciated the constant communication from beginning to end, from site visit, quoting and then final handover after install. A great experience and highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone interested in doing a solar installation.

I would not recommend using these guys. Unprofessional and highly unreliable company. I paid for the gas online and was promised delivery next day. Never delivered and 3 weeks later they still have not refunded my money despite making several promises to do so. When I told them that I would escalate the matter they just said I have other clients that need refunds and they are waiting for the payment". Don't know how these people run a business but I'd stay far away."

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Atom Gas from the enquiry right up to the final commissioning of the 2 Paloma gas geysers that they installed at our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at Atom Gas to anyone.
