Exercise equipment for all! I love the variety there, it's full of delightful temptations for the active and sporty! Sales people are friendly and helpful and the prices dont have you curled in a corner sobbing miserably!Cant give it 5/5 stars exactly because sometimes they didnt have items on display, which just crushes your heart when you want to buy it NOW!!But I'd say 4.5 stars is 100% spot on and yes, oh yes, we will be back!!

Amazing store. First time I have not felt intimidated as you might at a specialist store. You can see the love and innovation that has gone into their products. The store is such fun to explore and the service is 10/10. Also gr8 value for money. Highly recommend Decathlon

I had such a wonderful shopping experience at this shop, everyone goes over and above to assist. I have never experienced such caliber of customer service in South Africa. It is refreshing to walk in a store and be assisted with such pride and honor. Vincent is a gem, his advice made my Otter trail hike that much more comfortable, ranging from the sleeping bag, the hiking bag, the sock and even the thermals that he recommended. Keep up the good work guys you are a remaining few of a dying breed.

Exceptional service from the staff on the floor, my friends and I are preparing for a multi-day hike and we were assisted by Swenkies !He took us through everything from backpacking to gear, equipment, necessities etc.We left the store feeling like we could begin the hike at that moment.Big S/O to Swenkies and Decathlon Bryanston.

A huge selection of sports equipment to suit every pocket. The staff are helpful and informed. Went to buy some hiking pants and ended up filling a basket. Good quality yet affordable.

They sell quality stuff and for reasonable price... I though felt no sense of service when I visited the shop on all 5 occasions... there's though one guy who works at their hiking department, his name is Vince, WOW every one in the shop across all levels can learn from him what customer service is, that it has no colour and what it really is.My 1st time at this store no one attended to me from the basement to the 1dt floor and when I was about to leave as I waa g@tv0l that no one wanted to help me, as I was about to leave, Vince came after attending to another client while others were busy on their phones, and asked on how he can help me, I told him what I needed and he gave me something better than what I'd seen online for the same price.Decathlon need to make him an ambassador for the brand 1st and 2ndly their customer service strategy.

A great store that has so many products for sports and camping and at reasonable prices for kids and adults. Always found their service to be good. Highly recommend.

Everybody hides. Staff not interested in helping. Other people also had the same problem, shouting out for help and being ignored. The blond reception guy thinks he is too good to be helping.Update: I find it laughable that the owner thinks we will ever be returning to the store where the manager didn't even come when called. I will never be popping in to your store ever again Sir. Hire different employees or I guarantee your shop will go belly up in a couple of years.
