I called the store asking about a particular parcel that could be returned. Called and spoke to Kaya , she rudely asked for the pin before I could even explain what the issue was. I then advised her that I had already received 1 parcel but missing na second one. She was rude and dismissive - told her that I will report her to the Head Office and she told me to go ahead.Fast forward to today, called because now I have the pin. The questions where different this time. She asked for the tracking number and store code . She then placed the call on hold for almost 10 minutes , then decided to end the call.I called the call center , spoke to a Tres or Des . She asked for my contact details as I was telling her what the issue was, the line died. She asked for my contact but never called me back .It's like people refuse to do what they are paid for and instead as you questions that will lead to them not assisting. The attitude is just plain shocking !!
