Staff always say I'm not sure " if you ask about the specs of a particular product despite the fact that the information is loaded in their laptops.false promises when it comes to back ordering (on two occasions I waited for three months for phones which they had falsely told me they had ordered for me) masters of the game of poor service

Don’t go there worst service ever….tell me to go and buy n prepaid sim form a 3rd party and after all that once I got the sim still they cant help or doesn’t want to assist! Bad service consultants doesn’t even stand up when you walk in just sit there you have to use your own phone to call vodacom head office…you will never see me again…

I took out a 40gb data router on contract at this branch on Saturday 2018/01/20 and they gave me prorata data 6gb for day time use and 6gb for night time use. I have downloaded movies after 12pm but the took my daytime data instead of my night time data. after three hour in this shop on Saturday the 27th they still couldn't fix this issue and had one excuse after the other with very arrogant staff!!! After a big fuss from them and all their excuses I said that I don't want this contract anymore because vodacom is not keeping to their end of the deal. The sales people were immediately on the defense and kept coming with excuses and changing their stories, one saying that I can't cancel the contract, the other that I can cancel it but there will be a cancellation fee, and the other saying that I can just cancel because I have 30 days to cancel the contract if not satisfied. None the less, after having to deal with every single person working in this shop about this issue and having to deal with their attitudes the said that the have to send an email to their opps manager and that he would only respond on Monday because he doesn't work on Saturdays. After all of this and three days later, I still don't have any data and still haven't heard anything from vodacom. trying to phone the shop but there is no answer. Guess I will have to go there again and waste another hole day. MOST USELESS AND MOST ARROGANT STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!
