If you can get through they will not return a call. It's a very big if too in either Durban or Jo'burg branches. Nightmare experience.

Poor service and rude staff. They used their courier to deliver parts and filled in the waybill completely incorrectly. My parcel has been inaccessible since then. They took no responsibility and got into a shouting match with my staff. I still don't have my package after 2 weeks. Their knowledge of their own parts is poor too. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company.
