Willie from Mr McStove made contact quickly after my enquiry, was able to work with the timeframe I had in mind, and he was actually EARLY for the appointment, a welcome change after the previous company (who was a lot closer to my home) made an appointment and never turned up. Willie was friendly and professional and had the oven up and running again in no time. His call-out fee was in line with other similar businesses and the fee for the repair was reasonable. I will make use of his services again.
