My gran is getting terrible treatment. Her stuff is being stolen and the staff threaten her. While visiting there a care worker told another lady to shut up. My gran is so scared and anxious. We getting her out there asap !!

Im not someone who writes reviews, but omw, this place, real bad. Poor service! Utterly pathetic service. If they can treat me bad, how do they treat their patients? Totally disgusted!! :(

My Mom has been staying in Protea Old Aged Home for many years.She receives amazing care and love.The staff are caring,friendly and so helpful and always make sure my Mom is happy
