The new make over is lovely...much better than previous lay out...suggest that all tills should be open which will prevent long queues.. always have special and good deals, nice and clean..enjoy your shopping!

Great new revamped store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pick and Pay usually has expensive products. I only go there when they have specials and their loyalty reward points. For example, their eggs are super expensive but in other stores, its relatively cheaper.Other than that, l would go elsewhere to get my products.They also have this problem.Their meat produce are a problem. The meats are old and sometimes going bad.You may not notice the colour change because of the packaging. Only to go home and find that you can't eat what you purchased.The Solution is simple. Get a quality specialist to check the meat products and do specials to get them sold immediately before they go bad.They recently revamped the retail store and it looks great.The quality of their meat products have improved.Still watching them.

Love it. Very convenient to do your late shopping too after a busy Saturday morning. Has variety to choose from. No long queues and clean, too.

Upgrade to the store looking great!

Very poor service. I have informed a manager on duty ons two different occasions but nothing changed. The only day that I, personally, have received good service was the day they re-opened after the revamp.

Only compliments to the management and staff. It was my first time visiting your branch this morning and it was a real pleasure. Store is as neat as a pin and cleaner than any Pick n Pay I've ever been to. The fresh produce, bakery, and ready-food sections were so neatly packed and everything looked delicious and inviting. Our cashier was also very efficient and pleasant, thank you. I'll be back for sure!
